A movement for healing~ your own, and the world's.
We believe the two are one practice, seen at different altitudes~ so we design every retreat to move both at once.
Choose the altitude your healing needs
Each journey is small by design~
a handful of people with teachers who lived what they teach, and enough stillness to actually hear yourself.
